Maple Balsamic Vinegar from Venturi-Schulze Vineyards

We were honoured when Marilyn & Giordano Venturi from Venturi-Schulze Vineyards contacted us to ask if they could include our maple syrup in their project. Their ancient method balsamic vinegars are world-class and made exclusively from their organically cultivated estate grown grapes. We were very excited.

Fast forward, Venturi-Schulze’s Maple Balsamic is now ready and available. This combination of their classic balsamic, aged for an additional six years with our organic maple syrup in chestnut and ash solera barrels, yields stunning results.

Try this maple balsamic over cheesecake, ice cream, on top of candied yams. Add it to drinks like warmed eggnog and rum or mixed with vermouth. Enjoy it with pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, candied bacon, or on heavier salads with beans or beets.
